We are pleased you found a puppy that you will love, play with and take good care of. Your new member to your family will bring years of joy to your home. This buyers agreement is to ensure you that I will take good care of your puppy until you pick up your baby, or we ship him/her to you. Remember you are required to take your puppy to the vet within 72 hours of receiving him/her.

I __________________________ am leaving a deposit of $___________ for my ___________(color) F/M poodle puppy. I will pay the balance of $___________ on or before ______________. If I do not pay the balance in full at this time, I will lose my deposit and the owner may then sell the puppy. Owner agrees to take good care of said puppy while in her possession. Deposits are not Refunded.

If something should happen to my puppy while in the owners possession, buyer will then pick out a like puppy of equal value, as soon as one is availale.
